Michael Nash Design Build and Homes completed two projects for me in 2021 -- design/construction of 1) a basement bathroom including an ejector toilet and 2) a flagstone patio and retaining wall. Both projects were completed better than initially outlined (a few additions were needed as the work was done) and both represented a quality value to cost. The design center in Falls Church provided an extensive variety of choices, and the designer was extremely skilled and helpful in style and color choices. This made the experience of coordinating colors, fixtures, tile, flooring, and lighting easy and stress-free. Michael Nash handled all aspects of the design and permit processes, including the many county inspections --- this took a large burden off of me. Because of the extensive selection of sinks, toilets, vanities, mirrors, etc., we were able to construct a high quality bathroom that has gotten many compliments. Each group of workers had a specific specialty and they were all very accommodating to our questions and changes. They were considerate and took great care not to disrupt our day-by-day living as construction ensued. Both projects were completed at the quoted price and the patio and bathroom have added considerable value to my home. I had great experience with Michael Nash design and build for my custom new home although it took longer than expected. They provide a full range of services including a Strong design and construction team. Michael Nash has own design architect and interior designer . This saves you a lot of hassle and a lot of time during the construction period.
For a price advantage for custom new home customers without hassle and prices are very reasonable compared to outer builders who asking for sky- high prices.

Sonny is CEO & FOUNDER and soul of Michael & Nash .As long as you tell him your own design ideas. He will draw plans for you through his own in-house architect.
Another advantage is that they have their own 75 employees to do all the work. so the quality is guaranteed for consumers. but many other builders hired subcontractors . although the speed is faster. The quality can only depend on GOD.

After years waiting and searching, we decided to go with Michael Nash Design for our big project. After Talking with Oliver we knew we are at the right place with a right person.
From front desk and staff to designer to delivery we had a great pleasant experience. They have the best selection of designs and material, and let me tell you we’ve consulted with quite few other design and remodeling centers and non came close to our expectations for our big project of almost $300k. We were spending a lot so honestly our expectation was pretty high and Michael Nash and our designer Oliver went above and beyond. Not only they delivered exactly what we agreed on as far as quality and design , they were also spot on for the deadline and dates, given the Covid time and difficulties many businesses facing currently, Michael Nash kept its promises. Overall it was a seamless and smooth process and now we have our modern , great looking kitchen that we always dreamt of. We highly recommend Michael Nash and Oliver, we are already planning for our next project, hopefully soon with them.

Michael Nash has done an outstanding job in remodeling my kitchen. I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Everyone who was involved took time to work individually with me to ensure I got the best result possible. Shawn was an excellent project manager who was very responsive to me. He addressed all my questions and helped move the project along despite the supply chain shortage and Covid issues. He was always there for any questions I had and would come by the house to check to make sure things were getting done. Tony did an excellent job helping us design and pick out all the items for the kitchen. He was very helpful in assisting and working with us to design a beautiful, luxurious kitchen and we are extremely pleased with the results. Dinaldo did an excellent job installing all the cabinets and remodeling the kitchen. We are very satisfied with the quality workmanship we received from Michael Nash. It is such a pleasure to deal with smart, hard-working individuals who are motivated to get the job done right.

The price was very competitive and I really liked that it was a one stop shop. We didn’t have to go to any other places to pick out cabinets, tile, hardware, etc. The design center was amazing. We love our kitchen – it is highly functional and the quality of materials and workmanship is excellent.

We just recently moved into our new dream house (April 14, 2021), we spent a couple of months and visited over 40 houses, all of the sudden we came across this house.
At first glance the kitchen with contemporary style was stunning and that was the main drive to hunt this house!
