“I had great experience with Michael Nash design and build for my custom new home although it took longer than expected. They provide a full range of services including a Strong design and construction team. Michael Nash has own design architect and interior designer . This saves you a lot of hassle and a lot of time during the construction period. For a price advantage for custom new home customers without hassle and prices are very reasonable compared to outer builders who asking for sky- high prices. Michael Nash provide three packages to new custom home customers 1) Economy home package for budgeting customer 2)Dream home package for Desired home customers 3) Premium and Luxury package for providing ultimately design concept and building material. I chose the premium package.. the advantage of this one is that you can choose the configuration design and material you want without hassle Sonny is CEO & FOUNDER and soul of Michael & Nash .As long as you tell him your own design ideas. He will draw plans for you through his own in-house architect. Another advantage is that they have their own 75 employees to do all the work. so the quality is guaranteed for consumers. but many other builders hired subcontractors . although the speed is faster. The quality can only depend on GOD. I will also introduce the main employees of Michael Nash because you will be in contact if you are going to hire them for your project. “Our renovation with Michael Nash consisted of a complete kitchen, wet bar, laundry room and powder room remodel. In addition, we had our flooring (for most of the first floor) replaced, two-story brick fireplace replaced with rock veneer, carpeted steps and second-floor bridge replaced with hardwoods, and replacement of all railings on both floors. Little did we know, when we originally contracted for this job that the Covid pandemic would create the monumental, never before experienced supply chain and resource issues, that continue to plague and disrupt the industry to this date. Fortunately for us, Michael Nash allowed us to have our job come to fruition in time for the holidays! It would be an understatement to categorize the craftsman assigned to our job, and the quality of the material supplied, as being merely fantastic. Their attention to detail, and flexibility to work with us (with sometimes quick design changes) was outstanding. They were able to effectively maneuver the ongoing and ever-changing schedule and supply chain issues, and complete the job to our utmost satisfaction. Our initial consultation/design visits were made so much easier by the ability to make our choices from samples in Michael Nash’s vast showroom. Both the CEO/President (Sonny Nazemian) and the design staff were able to immediately assess and offer us the best solutions to upgrade our home from the dated kitchen and living area we had.
