Dr. John Martin and his assistants always make me feel comfortable and well cared for. From reception to exam to final goodbyes, the atmosphere is friendly, thoroughly professional and efficient. Our eyes are precious gifts. Northern Virginia Ophthalmology conveys a commitment to that awareness!

The staff is very attentive and wait time is never too long. I feel comfortable asking questions. The doctors, Dr. Martin, is very professional in explaining the procedure of my surgery in simple detailed language, step by step , exactly what to expect so I don't feel as nervous going into my surgery.

My husband and I have been coming to this practice together for many years and we always receive the best care. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes time to listen and answer our questions and concerns. The staff is patient and kind and we highly recommend visiting them for excellent eye care.

I was referred to Dr. Bruno by a friend. Today was my second exam and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is very nice and efficient. The doctor went beyond my expectations. Dr. Bruno explained the different issues at hand, she said it in a way that a non medical person like myself could understand. She was sweet, kind and very informative. They have a patient for life.

Dr. Forster is an excellent Ophthalmologist. I'm a repeat patient and have been coming for at least 7 years. HOWEVER, the wait time was less than perfect. I had a 9:30 am appointment. Was put in my room at 9:50 am. Then, after the cheerful and competent assistant did her chores, it wasn't until 10:15 that Dr. Forster came in to see me. QUIT the overbooking!!! I know my insurance company was billed a "lovely" fee, but hey - can I get more than just the routine stuff? Dr. Forster was NOT in any hurry, but he was already backlogged by 10:15 and it wasn't going to get any better as the day wore on.
