Mauris and Kevin , were very polite and puntual. We rented the car out and came home to find out that there wasnt enough room for luggage. We called them to explain our concern and they immediently helped us out and the service was great. I reccomend this place, you wont be disappointed.

Clean, safe Subaru ready on time. Staff was friendly and efficient. Gave a very good (and quick) orientation to the car's features (navigation system and safety features). This is my second time to use this Enterprise store (in Durham, NC on Hillsborough Rd) and will use again and highly recommend!

I rented a car at the Hillsborough Rd location over the holiday. I frequently rent cars from this location because the service is always spot on. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for assistance, I was greeted when I walked in the door by more than one staff member, and all staff members were professional, attentive and friendly. Maurice provided outstanding customer service. He was very polite and was clear and concise when explaining the rental contract. Enterprise continues to excel at providing great customer service and is always my first choice for car rental.

I took my 3 year old daughter for treatment with sedation with Dr. Luna, everything was explained to me thoroughly and the staff was very helpful during the treatment she received, my child can now enjoy eating her favorite foods, I definitely recommend them!
