I knew that I was taking a chance with a small company when I placed my order for a pistol upper. That said, here is the good, bad, and ugly of my experience. The good is that it is a high quality product and I am quite happy. The bad is that it took three months to get. I am aware of the issues facing the firearms industry but that seems a bit extreme to me. They were prompt to respond to my emails asking for updates, however. Ultimately, I feel that if you are in no hurry then place an order and you won't be disappointed. If you need (or just want) it quick, then look elsewhere.

Outstanding company. Great communication and regular updates kept me worry free about my order which is great considering my rifle was on backorder 5 weeks (geissle's deal, not them). Fair prices and fast shipping. Got my rifle the day after it shipped. Nothing but the best at Charlie's so you don't have to scroll past a bunch of garbage to find what you want. I recently ordered a Geissele trigger that I found on their website that n one else had in stock. I was apprehensive on using a new company for the order but it is hard to find parts these days. Anyways, they shipped very quickly and kept me up to date of my entire order from point of sale to delivery. I have never received so many updates and information from a company before. They took extra care in ensuring i received my product. They also sent some sweet stickers too. I will definitely order from them again.
