I was having trouble identifying the correct replacement for my old, leaky shower cartridge unit. Hours of scouring the internet lead to no results.

I brought my cartridge into H & S, and Ronnie identified the make and model immediately. Not only did he have all the replacement parts needed for my cartridge/valve (from the late 70s/80s), but he showed me how to properly install them. That's the kind of customer service that's hard to come by these days!

I called the office and scheduled the work easily. The lady answering the phone was very kind and helpful. I received a call from the plumber that he was on his way. He replaced a faucet and its lines and valves quickly and professionally.
