I enjoyed the slow flow yoga today! Holding the poses for a longer period of time are challenging but rewarding. I felt so relaxed at the end of class and ready for the day. What a great way to start my morning!

Madhavi is by far the best yoga teacher I've ever had! My quality of life is greatly increased from better mobility and flexibility. I've had a back injury for 20 years and I've never taken care of it as well as now. Highly recommend!

I have been taking yoga classes with Madhavi for last two months and I absolutely love the way she teaches. I wish I had started before!
I feel calm and relaxed after every yoga class. It has a great input on my overall well being. I have tried her virtual and in person classes. I find in person classes are a lot more relaxing than virtual as the studio itself is very relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to start yoga.

I was introduced to Prana Yoga by a friend in September which has turned out to be an idyllic studio to attend. The environment is very inviting with smaller size classes, come as you are (no mats or other paraphernalia to lug along) as mats, towels, bolsters, etc. are pre set up for each student attending, not to mention Madhavi’s sincere and charming personality. Her magnetic voice guides you effortlessly through each movement. If you are unable to attend in person you have the opportunity to zoom from any location for her live classes. I especially enjoy her once a month complimentary Yoga Nidra sessions.
