“Great value and customer service - when it snowed unexpectedly they put out free ice scrapers for guests to use! Generally the hotel was clean but I ended up wiping dust from the heating/cooling unit vents after sneezing every time it came on. Laundry room was large and well-lit, and located right next to gym, which had older equipment but sufficient for my low-level workouts (treadmill and stair stepper). No breakfast onsite but the pantry was well-stocked and the rooms had menus where you could order for off-site meals to be delivered. One early morning the fire alarm went off and kept us out of our rooms for about an hour while the fire department came and checked out a report of the scent of burning wires. Not the hotel staff’s fault but still a rude awakening.”
