She pushes me to get the most out of every workout, focusing on meeting goals and using proper form. At the same time, she emphasizes safety, taking care to avoid injury. She knows her stuff, is fun and encouraging, and gets results!

I have lost 2 pant sizes, I am toned, and I continually receive compliments on being in shape. All because of Powercore Pilates. I am treated with respect, concern and care. Don't waste your money elsewhere !
(July 17, 2017, 1:28 pm)Francesca is an wonderful teacher. She is highly trained, creative and fun. She is always finding new ways to help me take my fitness to the next level. Her studio is bright, clean and fully equipped. I would highly recommend Francesca and Power Core Pilates.
(July 12, 2017, 6:48 am)Francesca is an amazing Pilates teacher - I have been seeing her for nearly 5 years. Her studio has all the requisite Pilates equipment and she moves me around the different apparatuses so I never get bored. She keeps me motivated and on track. Highly recommend!!
