When they called me after looking it over, the fixes just to pass inspection weren’t “little things”. Suspension parts, transmission mount, brakes/rotors, alignment, lights, an outer side mirror broken, etc. I was waiting for a 3-5k estimate. And in the meantime, was actually shopping online for used cars. when they came back with the quote, I fell on the floor. It was less than half what I was expecting! And with a couple other things gratis. THIS is my new shop!!!”

“If you have an appointment, it'll be honored. I've been here several times and haven't had any issues yet. The parking is a little tight but maneuverable, I suggest you park along the building and check in BEFORE pulling in front of the dock doors. If there are trucks in there already, you'll make it difficult for them to get out and you to park. Being polite will also go a longer way, these guys are awesome when shown respect and they give it right back.”
