I occasionally bought a wrong part a while ago and he had it exchanged for the right one with no questions to us. I think its a good customer service. We will continue shopping there.

This Performance Bicycle Shop is pathetic. The bicycle I purchased was fine, after another bike shop fixed my problems, and the customer service at Performance Bicycle Shop was horrible. When I purchased my bike I was informed they were going to tighten and adjust everything. When I got the bike home the rear tire pressure was low.
