“I had been wanting to try Pho for a long time, but I'm on a restricted diet and wasn't sure if they could accommodate my needs. Well, I had just flown back from Spain and with not much food in the house, desperately needed some healthy food. I stopped in here and they happily worked within my restrictions. The food is tasty with very fresh veggies and herbs. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The staff provide excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! I have since been in there several times. I recently tried pho at another restaurant and they didn't even compare. I will stick with Pho Factory. YUM!!!”

I couldn’t even feel anything, didn’t even Twitch! Got there at 4:05 was out by 4:35, I only wanted Cornrows straight back! Got total of 15 braids! Thought i woulda been there forever because a lot of other shop ppl talks a lot instead of braiding your hair! But nah I was shock! She was done in no time!!! Thank you Ati ????!!!”

“I took out a star because previously, we went here and I wanted to add oreo as topping along with my boba and the girl that did our drinks said she couldn't customize it, however, today as .y husband and I came in with my nephew, a different girl was working there and she was able to do it for me which prompted me to write this review.
