“Had a great experience here today! I read a lot of the reviews before going, saying not to go first thing in the morning because of insanely long wait times, so I went at 3:15 and was out by 3:50!!! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and friendly, from the security guard, to the woman who checked me in, to Ms. Ford who processed my paperwork. Ms. Ford was awesome. She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'm sorry that others have had such bad experiences, but mine was super.”
