“This is the nicest, most cost-efficient storage facility we have ever used. I understand the building is much newer than some others; regardless, it is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Steve and Janet were always very friendly and helpful. Our belongings, which were shipped by POD from California, were moved into one of their units for over a year. They were very accommodating allowing the POD to be parked there overnight as well as the U-Haul truck when we departed. All items were safe, and nothing was damaged. They have plenty of parking space. We felt comfortable knowing our stuff was safe and secure, with their use of unique codes along with the layout and the 24-hour access was the first we had experienced which was very convenient. We have rented with several storage facilities in the past but this one by far was the best one overall - especially the hardworking managers. We love it when people take pride in doing their job. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has to place their possessions in storage.”

“Yen was a dream to work with! My husband was actually the one that found her and once I saw her page I loved her style. I loved her creative flourishes which really matched my wedding vision of overflowing flowers and romantic greenery. Once I started working with her she was responsive and flexible to ensure that I kept within my budget early on. She was always available by phone if I needed her and if she wasn't available, she responded to my emails right away. She even attended my walk through with my vendor on her own accord as she never worked in my venue (Stone Tower Winery) and wanted to be there herself to measure the beams as she decorated the beam ceiling with greenery. She encouraged me to do greenery wreaths on the tables as that would fit in within my budget which turned out beautiful and the center pieces she did design for me was the talk of the guests. They loved all the flowers! My bridesmaids loved their greenery bouquets (but not as much as I loved my bridal bouquet) and it fit in beautifully with the dresses and winery theme. Throughout the night, I was continually surprised by some of the little surprises she added for me which really illustrated how much she really understood my vision. She added white blooms to my garlands for my king tables and some center pieces on some tables with lanterns and around my seating chart. She really made my day special and I can't thank her enough for making the day so beautiful!!”

Brilliant Earth actually reached out to me after seeing the review and informed me that they would replace it free of charge. What's more, when I called after a few weeks to make sure I would get the ring in time to go out of town for my engagement party, they were very accommodating of the time crunch. “William is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. This store is off the beaten path in an office building, but had a great selection of ukuleles from Diamondhead, Lanikai and Cordoba. It's a nice quiet place to truely hear the instrument unlike most guitar chain stores. He took the time to show me several models and ask me what I was looking for. I'm not a guitar guy, but if you're looking for equipment, you definitely need to check this place out!”
