“I have visited many Sunrise facilities in the Northern Virginia area and like most, they provide a wealth of compassion and care for the sector citizens in our communities. The Sunrise of Hunter Mill is no different than the others. My visit here was very pleasant and the staff the same. The rooms for the seniors are not too small, but comfortable with the aneurysm of a small apartment of likewise accommodations. This location was quiet and file with a caring staff on premise. Ideally, when a family decides they want to place a senior loved one into an assisted living facility they are looking for a location like the Sunrise at Hunter Mill located in Oakton, VA.”

“Kindercare has wonderful teachers that take great care of the kids. I was very nervous about sending my kids to daycare, but they totally put me at ease. My mom was also a preschool teacher and was so impressed when she saw the center. Great teacher-student ratios, good curriculum, etc. I have 2 boys. I felt like all of the teachers knew their names, everyone knew that they were siblings. Great family atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“This is our 3rd year and I have all 3 kids at the school. I am very happy with the academic as well as the social aspect of my child's education. The school is advanced in curriculum and all the staff is always available to help kids and discuss any concern. The teachers know my kids very well and challenge them to work to their potential. They offer lots of after school activities and students are participating in competitions outside of school. My children love going to school every day and they can't imagine going anywhere else.”

“Turn off the news and go do this! I am a self-conscious, anxious mess (previously I signed up for a daylong mindfulness retreat but didn't go because I was freaked out by the idea of bringing a vegetarian dish to share) but since my plans for the day were canceled, I figured the universe was telling me to go to the noon meditation session and I'm glad I listened. Not wierd or intimidating at all. Just an hour of calm, quiet and compassion with a few pleasant strangers. No pressure to share or expectation that you have some previous experience. Very welcoming and low key. I need this and will be back.”
