“This is the nicest, most cost-efficient storage facility we have ever used. I understand the building is much newer than some others; regardless, it is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Steve and Janet were always very friendly and helpful. Our belongings, which were shipped by POD from California, were moved into one of their units for over a year. They were very accommodating allowing the POD to be parked there overnight as well as the U-Haul truck when we departed. All items were safe, and nothing was damaged. They have plenty of parking space. We felt comfortable knowing our stuff was safe and secure, with their use of unique codes along with the layout and the 24-hour access was the first we had experienced which was very convenient. We have rented with several storage facilities in the past but this one by far was the best one overall - especially the hardworking managers. We love it when people take pride in doing their job. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has to place their possessions in storage.”

“We called to have a couch removed so we could have a new one delivered, and they had a one time coupon. Sean talked to me and gave me a good price. Sean was very accommodating and when told we had a tight delivery timeframe he made sure he got to our place early to pick up the couch so our delivery people could bring in the new one. He and his team moved quickly and got the couch out really fast. He was very careful to ensure no walls or doors were damaged during the couch removal too. “The team at Extra Space Storage at Falls Church is superb. Personable, professional, and all extremely considerate and helpful. Jay is amazing and first spoke with him over the phone, he remembered me when I came in person and patiently walked me through all the steps with my ton of questions as a first timer. David, the manager, was super helpful and gave me wonderful tips on the right way to store my belongings, and how to successfully make the most out of my experience storing. Dilsa who helped me with a second unit went above and beyond as well with more tips and she has a great personality, they all do. All very professional but as a caveat honestly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this location with their outstanding team’s customer service.”
