“It is cool after the rains along the Accotink Cross-County Trail, the flooding is still present though (May 17, 2018). The park caretakers have done a great job of clearing the trail for walkers, bike riders, and joggers. Trees that fell during the bad winds storm a couple of months ago were cut and moved off the trail as were a lot of branches. Sections of the trail between Pickett Road, across Barkley Road, and to Prosperity Road are paved whereas some sections are gravel. Be careful where some of the paved parts are crumbling from water washing away at them. Stay stay on your feet but remember to listen and look around you. There are all sorts of flora and fauna to capture your attention.”

“Bonnie and Jenny are great. They provide a private, personalized plan and Pilates is great strength conditioning. Absolutely would recommend both the staff & studio as well as starting (or continuing) practicing pilates”

“The teachers, staff, and facility are fantastic! They have an amazing PTA that sponsors a surprisingly large about of before and after school activities. So many opportunities for the kids to learn and grow.”

“Viktar took his time finding the perfect dream home for our family. I met him in 2006 and he was very persistent following up on our home search. He always answers his phone to comfort us, even during after hours. You have found the right person to help you with your home search.????????Thank you Viktar K.”

“Yen was a dream to work with! My husband was actually the one that found her and once I saw her page I loved her style. I loved her creative flourishes which really matched my wedding vision of overflowing flowers and romantic greenery. Once I started working with her she was responsive and flexible to ensure that I kept within my budget early on. She was always available by phone if I needed her and if she wasn't available, she responded to my emails right away. She even attended my walk through with my vendor on her own accord as she never worked in my venue (Stone Tower Winery) and wanted to be there herself to measure the beams as she decorated the beam ceiling with greenery. She encouraged me to do greenery wreaths on the tables as that would fit in within my budget which turned out beautiful and the center pieces she did design for me was the talk of the guests. They loved all the flowers! My bridesmaids loved their greenery bouquets (but not as much as I loved my bridal bouquet) and it fit in beautifully with the dresses and winery theme. Throughout the night, I was continually surprised by some of the little surprises she added for me which really illustrated how much she really understood my vision. She added white blooms to my garlands for my king tables and some center pieces on some tables with lanterns and around my seating chart. She really made my day special and I can't thank her enough for making the day so beautiful!!”

“Overall, we were generally pleased with my son's two years there. Children behave very well overall. Only one bad employee ( admin assistant) who was fairly incompetent, often rude, and would say inappropriate things in front of the children. I have to assume they kept her because they were not paying her much. However, this person no longer works there! My wife and I agree that the Montessori method is best suited to naturally intelligent and intellectually curious children with a broad range of interests (which is rare). They let the kids focus more on areas they enjoy, which can be good. My son's math and geography skills were well above grade level when he transitioned to public elementary school. However, his reading was below grade level and it took a lot of painful work to get him up to performing at grade level. We would definitely recommend this school for pre-K, but save your money and put your kid in your local public elementary school starting in Kindergarten.”
