“I never do reviews of anything, but I believe this apartment complex deserves one! I am currently in the middle of a last minute move. I accepted a job offer in Arlington on Friday and came out on Saturday to look at apartments in the area. I have one week to move before the holidays and needed to act fast. This was the last apartment I saw and I wish it was the first!! The building is new and in beautiful condition, the fitness center is absolutely perfect and has everything you could need (I will actually not be getting a gym membership because it's so nice)! They had the perfect size floor plan available for me (a studio with the bedroom separated). I have been working with Laura Preston and she has exceeded all my expectations!! Because this is a last minute move and everything has been happening so quickly, I had to negotiate being released from my current lease in another city. Due to that being a bit of a process, I needed an extra day of my holding period before I could confirm that I would be accepting the apartment. Laura was very understanding and was kind enough to work with me and extend my holding period another day! She has helped so much in helping me get everything done and providing me with all the information I need! This will be my first apartment community I have lived in and I will be sure to update after I settle in. I have no doubt this will be a wonderful place to live!”
