Brilliant Earth actually reached out to me after seeing the review and informed me that they would replace it free of charge. What's more, when I called after a few weeks to make sure I would get the ring in time to go out of town for my engagement party, they were very accommodating of the time crunch. I picked the ring up today and they even had it cleaned. Everyone I spoke with was professional and understanding. “Very enjoyable. A small museum, very well laid out. The firearms on display are historic and some are incredibly beautiful. The exhibits change so a second visit should be just as interesting. We were only there for an hour, but would have enjoyed staying longer if we had more time.”
