Best Buy

Walked in with no mask and was greeted with a smile, looking for a fridge and was helped by a young lady that was very friendly and helpful. Another salesman was close by and stepped in with more advice. With the help of the 2 of them we found a fridge for less money than we budgeted for and it was in stock. Never a word about my maskless face and I was not expecting that. But they were respectful and helpful and when I left there was a Fairfax County police officer at the door just hanging out with the people and he had no mask on. So great to see. I left with a great shopping experience at an American owned store. Nice work Best Buy, Springfield. I WILL be back.

Stpre's a bit endemic, compared to years ago. BUT... with times, comes changes and they DO keep up to date with newer and "just older" tech. Getting service during last visit, resulting in one knowing basic details and another who's well versed. I'd say now that doing your OWN homework, is the BEST idea, before coming into any Best Buy.

This Best Buy was incredibly busy during Cyber Monday but the team was able to get my order fixed and electronics in hand quickly despite the chaos. Huge shout out to Lucy for being incredibly amazing. Great customer service, warm regards.
