Matthew was very helpful today. He reviewed various phone options and the possible deals for Black Friday. He clearly gave me all the cost options of various android phones- Samsung and pixel. He also explained options For I iPhones. I appreciated his honesty about all the phones. I chose a pixel 4 phone and I am waiting for the delivery to complete my purchase.

I went to the Verizon center at Huntsman Square, in Springfield Virginia. Russell was very knowledgeable about his business and very explanatory about the options and benefits off the phone. He explained all the financing and all the accessories that I could use. I’m very pleased with the service, I’ve been using the phone today and I’m very happy with it also. And with the Covid virus out right now, he was very careful with all cleaning and disinfecting of the phone.
