Clifton Fire Station

Address: 12645 Chapel Rd, Clifton, VA 20124, USA

Fire station

“This is an awesome firehouse located in the retro town of Clifton. One of the slower stations in the Fire Station. It's not only about quantity its quality also and when Clifton gets called out for a box it'll be something. This area is rural so it doesn't have hydrants in 90% of the area. This is the reason for having a tanker at this house. I was amazed when I first saw this station at how vintage the whole area around the station looked. Its like something out of the 70's. I couldn't believe it was in Fairfax County. Clifton is a historic district and so is the firehouse. There is a lot of history hidden in those walls. The house consist of an Engine, Medic, Brush, and Tanker. ”

“Great location. This firehouse is considered a TROT (Tech Rescue) house. This house consist of an Engine, Rescue, Medic, Tech Rescue Support, Brush, Utility, Reserve Medic, and 2 Zodiacs. One of the bigger stations in Fairfax County, it still has a fire pole although it is not in service. This firehouse is also partial volunteer but it is staffed with career personnel 24/7/365.
