You know the feeling you get in your stomach when the stylist starts cutting and it is a lot more than the 1/2 inch you asked for? Nothing you can do!!! I have never encountered that with Millie. She listens to my requests and will tell me the truth about a cut or style I am thinking about. If it will look good, be difficult to maintain, etc. My hair always looks great!”
