“The threading of my Loop Loc pool cover attaching the cloth squares to the strips that anchor the cover onto the concrete came undone. This was exacerbated by the fact that we got a new 70lb dog that ran across the pool cover over the winter. I was having a difficult time finding a pool place or tailor that was willing to restitch the many sections that came undone until I called Madina Upholstery, Drapery & Tailoring in Springfield, VA. Ashna told me to bring it in to see what he could do, so I did. Because of the pool cover's extremely large size, the stitching could not be done by a typical sewing machine, but Ashna was willing to stitch it by hand. He looked for, found and restitched each of the many locations that came undone by hand and called me a week later to say it was ready. I am extremely happy with the great work that was done and saved me the cost of buying a new cover for my custom shaped pool. If you need to repair your pool cover, I highly recommend Madina Upholstery.”

“My Mother was hesitant and resistant to leaving her beautiful home of 56 years and moving into an assisted living facility, but living alone with a part time aide became unsustainable and potentially dangerous. After a couple of hospitalizations within a month she elected to do a 30 day respite stay at Sunrise instead of going to a skilled nursing facility (nursing home) for rehab. Within a couple weeks, my Mom made the decision to move to Sunrise permanently. She loves the community! The staff and residents were very welcoming to her when she arrived. This Sunrise is on the smaller size, which was important to her. It has a family feel to it. She feels safe and gets the perfect amount of attention from the staff members. They are all very friendly and caring to the residents. My Mom has an apartment she loves, is walking much more than she ever did at home which is benefiting her, has made friends and is truly enjoying interacting with people her own age (which is something she truly missed and needed) and she loves the food!!”

The courses are mixed nicely with challenges and ease. At first I was skeptical about the pricing and how long it would take us to finish. 3 hours later of pushing ourselves and we were exhausted from all the fun. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, plus it's great for exposure therapy if your scared of heights. My date was scared to go up but by the end she lost that fear.”
