“We are very happy with our purchase of an Integrity Home in Snowden Bridge. I would highly recommend them. Jennifer Watt, the on site sales rep, is very knowledgeable and personable and always responded quickly to all of our questions along the way. She worked hard to get us what we wanted, even if we may have been a tad unreasonable at times. We were also considering a Ryan home where they advertise they only use the finest materials but one look at ceiling from unfinished basement tells a different story. They are still using the 2x10 solid wood beam joists where most homes are now using engineered I-beam that won't expand or shrink over time causing floors to bow and make noises. But that is not the case with Integrity. A walk through of an Integrity Home under construction is impressive. One thing that stuck out to me was how well they did at filling all gaps to make sure the house, plumbing, electrical and mechanical items are sealed up tight. Even our home inspector commented on the quality and the care that went into our home. This is our third new home purchase and one thing I have learned is the house is only as good as the construction supervisor. Randy Smeltzer did an amazing job on our home and continues to do so. With our previous two homes there was always push back and an effort to save the builder money. Randy has been easy to work with. The home inspectors on our previous homes where treated as the enemy. Not with Randy. He went through the home inspection report and laid out a plan with me to address or respond to every item on the list. Once you are in your home Randy insists on keeping in touch with him to let him know of any problems opposed to my other two homes where you had to wait until scheduled walk through at three month mark or a year. And he personally responds to everything. I sent him an email to complain about our mail box because our mail was getting wet. I would have expected any other construction supervisor to say the mailbox isn't something they warranty. But I look out my window five minutes of sending and email and there is Randy at my mailbox. And then he comes back a few times after it rained the following week to make sure it stayed dry and personally followed up with me. Ideally you are going to want to be in your home a long time and want to thoroughly enjoy it. You can't go wrong with an Integrity Home in Snowden bridge.”
