(October 26, 2022, 1:41 pm)I had two toilets installed. They were the 2nd best price of the 3 quotes I got (but close to the first). They came out and did a free quote where as two businesses I called wanted to charge me a service fee to come give me a quote that would be applied to my balance if I had them do the work. I was able to coordinate through email and text which was helpful since I regularly do not have phone service at work. Kevin was very nice, very professional, and we ran into a space issue that he was able to provide recommendations for rather than just leave it as our problem (which in this particular situations where we bought our own parts without measuring - it was our problem).
(August 26, 2022, 4:49 pm)Had an excellent experience with Hicks! Had a clogged drain so I called and spoke with Christina to schedule a visit. Tony came within the hour was able to unclog my drain quickly and had it working like new again. Tony and Christina were both respectful, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend!
(June 17, 2022, 8:57 am)We had the drain in the kitchen sink clogged, so read the great reviews Hicks got here so called them. For my surprise, they dispatched Kevin right away, so he was home 1 hour after i called! And let me tell you about Kevin: he's THE best, professionally and personally. This young guy knows what he's doing, and after warning me that using the snake was going to cost me a lot, i gave him the ok, and he did a very careful job, not rushing it. And fixed the problem. He's such a nice guy. I'd definitely call Hicks again for any plumbing issue and ask for Kevin!

For the most recent one, Christina was prompt on scheduling. The plumber, Kevin, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and provided assurance for someone like myself who is not handy. Thank you
(June 7, 2022, 2:18 pm)Tony was terrific!! He was prompt, completed the service quickly and all is working well. I like that there was professionalism, but with a personal touch. Hicks plumbing was recommended to me and they did not disappointment. We will use them in the future for sure!!
