Carlos had some fantastic ideas to solve some challenges of our "finished" basement which had been "renovated" by the previous owner. We were so pleased with his work, that we turned a three day job into a three week total basement transformation. We had planned to hire three separate providers, but Carlos and his team were able to level the floor, install the lighting, and work with the plumbing in the bathroom to accommodate a shower stall instead of an oddly sized tub. I feel like there is nothing he can't do. I can't recommend him enough!”

“This is a relatively new storage facility so everything is pretty clean. The manger and staff are very friendly and gave us a quick walk-in tour of the place. The hours of operation are pretty strict and the gates are locked at 7PM daily (locks at 5pm on Sundays). They have video surveillance and alarms so that brings some peace of mind. But still, for obvious reasons, don't store your valuables here. It took 20 minutes into sign up for a new unit. The prices here are reasonable for a 10 x 20 unit. The height is about the same as a typical garage.”
