I just returned from Umrah trip from Mafaza travel. I would like to say that from the beginning of the trip to the end, it was very smooth. Mr. Walid wasn't able to get the hotels in Medina so he upgraded to us to the executive sweet at no extra charge because he is a man of his word. Mr. Walid likes to make sure that the customer is happy and I can verify that he went above and beyond for me. Mr. Walid walked me through the whole process from arriving at the airport to returning to the US even before I left for the trip. This was excellent for me to understand how the system works. He even walked me through the app process and what was needed. I would highly recommend Mafaza services for anyone, especially if you want a stress free trip and enjoy yourself.
