“I have been visiting this incredible Western Rite parish for three months now. The people are warm and inviting. There's a sense of authenticity... a love for God and people. “We have all our pork and beef processed by Fauquier's Finest, and they usually do a really good job. They are Animal Welfare Approved, and continue to make improvements in their processes. Tina, at the front desk, is very helpful with cut sheets and questions. Their website needs a little updating, and I wish they still deboned pork ham and shoulders roasts, but we are generally quite happy with everything we get back from them. They are a vital part of the small farm economy of Virginia.”
