“I injured my back playing tennis at the beginning of summer, after going to the doctor, getting massages, giving it some rest, my back just was not getting any better. In fact, I felt it was getting worse. My mom recommended I go see Karen since she knew her from playing tennis at Chestnut Forks. Best decision I ever made to go see Karen for my back issue, not only am I 100% better but I am also able to go back to playing tennis at full strength. I was diagnosed by Karen having a bulging disc in my lower back, had tremendous pain in my legs and just trying to bend over was a challenge for me. When I first went in to see Karen I could barely do any of the exercises she wanted me to try, at the time I felt I was never going to return to the court. I trusted Karen and the process and each week got better and better. Over the course of six physical therapy visits with Karen I can honestly say it was the best decision I've made to get my back treated. She knows what she is talking about and gave me the best stretches and exercises for my lower back that not only helped me get better but will continue to help me stay fit and will keep my back strong.
