Yes there are boxing classes and many cross fit training classes that include boxing and a great gym facility with weights and cardio equipment. Highly recommend this as a place to get fit and into shape with excellent staff and great people who all work out together to share a goal of losing weight, getting in shape and pushing each other. Come check this place out for cardio classes, cross fit, boxing weights and general fitness. You will be happy you did!
(March 16, 2019, 4:56 pm)Very well organized gym. Offers a lot of classes that will burn close to 1k calories. Great instructors that really know what they're doing, and will have you do exercises that most trainers at standard gyms would never think to do. They specialize also in combat sports, and I've seen them work with kids which is very encouraging. I like how they've been able to attract some youth. You will be pushed to the limit in a good way, and you will keep going back for more and more.
