(December 1, 2019, 5:48 pm)Hand & Stone has the best massage therapists ever! However, I was just in for a recent purchase and the front desk personnel had terrible customer service. I made a purchase & handed Cassie $100 for her to place my change on the counter! That's was very rude, inappropriate, & unprofessional Ms. Cassie. There was also another lady upfronts with Cassie that refused to help me while Cassie helped someone else. I greeted her, no response, she literally sat at the register as if I wasn't standing in front of her, RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! People please learn to do better & treat people like you want to be treated! Customer service is everything, & I hope you do better when my wonderful guests arrive for their massage. Thanks in advance!

(September 15, 2019, 2:55 pm)I had a beautiful stone and deep massage. It was awesome right on with the strength to get my muscles to open up and relax with the stones. Aromatherapy was soothing all around it is worth the money. My hands felt so light on me way home it felt as if I had wing's. Actually had to make a conscious effort of keeping my hands on the wheel????. The line of products are top of the line. Employees clean neat and informed. Cute gifts bags a wonderful gift to give to someone or buy into getting massages monthly facials many choices if you have the need or like them. Lots of choices and I would recommend to my immediate family.
