The operator responded to me quickly and despite a holiday, the technicians were able to come fix my septic problem quickly. Other companies were quoting me a much longer wait for service! The technicians were polite and respectful, and worked quickly to resolve my problem. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

(December 7, 2019, 12:45 pm)I called on a Friday afternoon and were able to get them here this morning, a Saturday, to troubleshoot a leaky pipe in a wall that has been dripping onto our basement floor for an unknown amount of time. Though we paid the overtime rate for a Saturday, it was worth every minute because with the help of their scope camera they found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Professional and experienced. Excellent service.
(December 4, 2019, 12:20 am)When Mike and Wayne arrived (on time) they introduced themselves and were professional and friendly. They were happy to answer questions and offer advice which was most welcome. They completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner and exhibited pride in their work. I would welcome them back to help me next time I am having a problem. I TRUST them totally. And I think their rates are fair. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation. (September 27, 2019, 3:37 pm)Hire these guys!!! Don't look anywhere else. I had 4 plumbing issues. Calvin and Shawn had them all resolved within 2 hours. Nice, polite and very professional! Arrived on time and went straight to work. I will only use Powell's Plumbing from now on! Get it done right the first time with Powell's. Very reasonable rates.
