“I had a fantastic experience. My air conditioner had not been functioning for a while. I knew the unit was freezing up, but the air would not come on at night and gradually the house kept feeling hotter and hotter (especially on the third floor). John was sent out to home to take a look at the unit and do any necessary maintenance on it. He discovered that the motor wasn't working, called in the same day for a new motor to be sent out to my home right away. He waited patiently for it, and in the meantime did all of the maintenance and even gave some excellent tips for my home. John informed me that, thankfully, my motor was still under warranty, which I would have never known otherwise. He did such a good job I decided this was a company I wanted to stay with, and I became a member. Last year I had the same issue with my air conditioner and the company I called was not able to identify what the cause was. This year I call M.E. Flow and they figured it out in less than 30 minutes and had me squared away by lunch time. I am grateful for a cool home, can sleep at night, and no longer have anxiety about it. Thank you!”

Keep in mind they are paying the salesman, the people who came to take the precise measurements, the scheduler, and the installer for their time as well as paying for the product itself. The scheduling was about a month later than we had hoped, but it worked out OK and we are very happy with our new shower.”
