Many brokers don’t tell you that you are picking a load that had pass the appointment and you end up picking up all of the heat, blaming the shipper. Advice, if you are picking “a little better paid load”, try to call the receiver before you get there and find out if your appointment time matches their. You would be surprised what you find out... The product is expensive, but has a lifetime guarantee and is made of recyclable material. Keep in mind they are paying the salesman, the people who came to take the precise measurements, the scheduler, and the installer for their time as well as paying for the product itself. The scheduling was about a month later than we had hoped, but it worked out OK and we are very happy with our new shower.”
