“I have been banking at First Citizens for 12 years and the staff there is like family to me. They are the most friendly, professional, and competent group of people you could ever work with. Not only do I do my personal banking, but I also use them for our business banking as well. We use them for point of sale credit cards transactions, financing, and for general banking. From the tellers, to sales, to management, they have always treated us with respect and provided phenomenal customer service. They even come to my business to pick up deposits and drop off change when necessary to make my life easier. It infuriates me when I read a 1 star review that misrepresents a business that works very hard to provide great service, so I thought I would take the time to write review that truly is representative of my experience with this bank that spans over a decade.”
