Not only was the experience a smooth ride, but the staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were helping me as soon as I walked in up to right until I walked out. He has treated my mom with the utmost respect and patience. He explains what needs to be done and why. He is gentle and kind. If you are in the area, you wont find a better doctor. “Another visit, and another satisfied customer. It was crowded when we arrived, and we were told the wait for two would be about 30 minutes. The wait was actually 11 minutes. The service was very good. I had the BJ's Berry Burst Cider, and my wife had a water. After she tasted the Berry Burst, she gave me the keys and she finished the cider. I had the Jumbo Spaghetti and Meatballs, and my with had a flatbread pizza. The spaghetti was good, but the meatballs could have a little more flavor. My wife enjoyed the pizza. With tip we got out in the ~$50 range.”

“He is a great Doctor and I trust him with my life. He performed 3 sinus surgeries on me within an a year and got the tumor out completely, that was over 4 years ago. Last year by the grace of God he was referred to my daughter . Both her tonsils and adenoids were removed and my daughter had a great time with him. She wasn't scared at all. I highly recommend him and his staff.”

“Got here early, filled out the intake paperwork, ready to go for 9:15 a.m. appointment, set weeks in advance. Very few other patients here when I arrived. (I bet back up is greater now!) It is now more than an hour later, and I'm STILL WAITING! #INEFFICIENT, #ANNOYING!!!! That said, consultation, treatment, bedside manner, rapport when Dr. Massey got to me, was superb. Second visit next day and medication change interim - #SUPERB!”

“I don't give many reviews unless a place is exceedingly awesome or just plain horrible. I had to come here and give my most honest opinion. Within the course of a year of coming to this office I found myself most impressed with the services I received not only for myself but also my 5 year old son. The glasses ship quicker than most other places and the people have what seems to be love for what they do. I can recall leaving feeling like so much grace was given to me that I cried. You don't go many places that you walk in frustrated about life and leave with gratitude because of the care shown in a matter of minutes. I'm thankful for this place and I highly recommend it.”
