I can’t say enough good things about IRH! The entire staff is so kind and encouraging every step of the way! Dr. Burwinkle and Erica at the West Chester office are two of my favorite people. Both explained everything to me along the way and made sure I was comfortable with every step we took. They were genuinely invested in me having a baby and becoming a mom and I love that they celebrated with us! If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would!

Dr. Burwinkle and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I met everyone, I knew that I was in good hands. Going through IVF is extremely overwhelming but I never felt alone. Someone was always available to answer my questions or listen to my concerns. Everyone was so supportive and kind. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and could not recommend this clinic enough. Thank you Dr. Burwinkle for making my husband and I’s dream come true!

I am so grateful to be with IRH for the last two years. Now I am 20 week pregnant with my precious and healthy daughter. I still remember when I first saw Dr. Scheiber two years ago, he is very knowledgeable and patient, answered all our questions and let us see there is hope. I had two boys and two miscarriages before and want to have a girl very much. Dr. Scheiber proposed five-day embryo transfer using PGD. Dr. O’Leary did my egg transfer and got 9 eggs. Six of them developed to blastocyst and three of them were normal, luckily enough all the normal ones were female. We were so thrilled and did the first transfer but ended up with a negative pregnancy test. It was so discouraging. Dr. Scheiber called me himself with empathy and discussed with me a plan for the next transfer. He is so nice and would listen to my voice. I told him I felt very uncomfortable using the programmed cycle taking estrogen and progesterone which made me feel bloated and swelling. I told him I heard of natural cycle and can we try that? He agreed with my suggestion and we did the natural cycle transfer for the second time. The other improvement he made from the first time was to dilate the cervix before transfer which would make the catheter to go through much easier. Dr. Scheriber did the second transfer, he was very careful and took the time. We got a positive pregnancy test but unfortunately it ended up with an empty sac. I felt so sad. After recovery from that Dr. Scheiber suggested I do the ERT (endometrial receptivity test) to identify the receptive window which was not covered by the insurance company. We did that and the result turned out to be I am pre-receptive and we should transfer 24 hours later than the standard time. Another thing I appreciate much is Dr. Scheiber observed my TSH level and adjusted my dose to get it controlled under 2. I am guessing both the TSH and ERT played the trick. For the third transfer, Dr. Burwinkel and Dr. O’Leary observed my lining and follicle size so carefully to make sure the right time to take the trigger shot, I got pregnant for my third transfer. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the baby’s heartbeat on the screen. I am so grateful that IRH made our dream come true.

Infertility is a very stressful and sensitive thing to go through. Institute for reproductive health and their doctors, staff and nurses made the process so much easier and enjoyable. Doctors offices typically don’t call you back same day and these ladies work overtime to make sure someone calls back in a few hours. Everyone is so nice and caring and supportive. I couldn’t imagine having done this anywhere else. I will remember the staff fondly for the rest of my life.

This is a great church full of wonderful people.

Dr. O’Leary is such a kind doc with absolutely wonderful bedside manner! Robin is a sweetheart with the best smile. They have always been so helpful! I have never had issue with scheduling or being aware of my treatment. Paige, in the billing office was very thorough in explaining the process. My husband and I are very thankful for the staff at IRH!
