“We recently purchased a home that has a reverse osmosis system in it. That system was installed by WaterPro by the previous owner. We called to get a free water inspection and to learn how to take care of the system. Jacob was so kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and informative. He had a great demeanor. He made sure all our questions were answered and explained the system to my husband. He showed him the filters in the crawl space. We ended up deciding to have WaterPro do the filter changes in the future. WaterPro is definitely lucky to have Jacob as a “face” for their company.”
