“Came in on Sunday to grab beverages and search for hair ties. I was on my way to a hair appointment and HAD to have a hair tie. When I got to the register and asked the cashier (dark hair, glasses) if they carried hair ties she said no and offered me her own! I know it's something so small and simple but it REALLY made my day. Little acts of kindness go far. Superior customer service!”
