Parrish Ford

Parrish Ford is probably the best dealerships that I have ever dealt with. Their staff are friendly and willing to work with customers. They are quick with their administrative processes and knowledgable about the Ford lineup.

Best of all, there are no administrative fees. That is correct. No extra $500-900 added onto a customer's purchase. That is huge for anyone looking to make a purchase on the East Coast.

In a single word, it is comfortable. Seriously, go purchase your new vehicle through Parrish Ford. If you don't, you are just wasting money.

Parrish has made me a customer for life! I purchased my first vehicle from them 2 years ago after totaling an Explorer I bought 4 days prior from a different, insanely shady and pushy, Ford dealer in Richmond. David Jones worked with us and held a vehicle while insurance payoff and subsequent financing was processed. Fast forward to now and I brought my Explorer in for service and recalls. Jenny in service made the process seamless and kept me in the loop. When dropping it off, my husband spotted a 2019 Camry on the lot. Conveniently David was there again and we were able to get an amazing deal. From trade, to financing, to registration transfer Parrish was spot on. We will absolutely be back when I upgrade my Explorer!

The sales department, Ray Parish, and Harold the sales manager are all top-notch individuals! They went above and beyond to have to rectify the situation with the car that I purchased back in February to put my needs as a customer before the actual business. They attempted to fix my car three times when unable to do so. In the meanwhile they put me in one of the cars they had for sale on the lot not just a loaner. And when the situation could not be rectified they found me a vehicle equal to the vehicle that I purchased. And made it possible for me to still maintain the same payments despite rising cost of vehicles and interest rates. I will be a lifetime purchase or a vehicles at Parrish Ford from here on out. I am beyond grateful and appreciative in so many ways!

Don’t buy a Ford from anyone else, Ever! Jason and the team and Parrish are hands down the best car dealership we’ve ever dealt with. The most honest, easy to work with and friendliest dealership I’ve ever walked into. Ordered a New Mustang Mach E GT in August from ford through Parrish and was walked through the process the entire way. I was really worried that due to the demand for my car, the dealership may play games with pricing but Jason Shaw assured me several times that’s not the way Parrish does business and they stood behind that! Great place to do business with. An absolute pleasure!

Couldn’t be happier with the sales team at Parrish! My wife and I were able to trade in our 2018 Ford Escape with transmission issues for a 2021 Escape!
