“Definitely make sure you take your equipment here! My mother-in-law has a zero turn lawn mower and accidentally ran over a piece of rebar. After calling around these guys told her to bring it on by and they would take a look at it. My father-in-law has recently passed away and she was really upset and worried about getting them more repaired . We drove on over and Junior took a look at it got the bent piece of rebar off even fixed a loose connection on the ignition. She asked how much it was going to be and he said don't worry about it just when it needs other work just bring it on back. She was so ecstatic I thought she might cry. That is some good old fashioned customer service and well-run business! If you need any small equipment repair definitely make sure to look this place up these guys are top notch! Thanks Amos!”

“Omg, I went in there not able to walk, and 3 weeks later, I was walking on the walker and it gave me so much hope! I was in a dark place when I went there, but your Drew, and all the staff, nurses,techs, and Doctors were so wonderful, not only did they help me everyday, they gave me hope, that someday, I would be able to walk again without help. I would recommend Sheltering Arms Institute to anyway that wants to be independent. I stayed there from 6/11/2022 to 7/1/2022. Everyone that I came across in every Dept. and category was amazing! Best three weeks I spent in hospitals for my Spine Surgery and Rehab. Thank you!!! You are all very special!!!!”

“The waiting room was very nice. Service department was friendly and informative. They fixed the recall but unfortunately the door module is on backorder with no eta (not Parrish's fault). Only ding is the length of time it took to diagnose (3 hours) but they might have been my fault as I asked about the door issue upon my arrival and not when I made the appointment (that's on me).”

“One of their deputies caught me doing a "Miami roll" at a stop sign in Hadensville after midnight. Nobody around, no harm no foul. The deputy was just checking to see if I was drunk (I was not). Before letting me go with a warning. Honestly good for him. The hadensville-fife road is narrow, windy, but deceptively easy to drive until it's not. A drunk driver could easily kill someone on it. Glad the deputy was focused on what was important and not minor nonsense. In another instance I got to see this sheriff's department engage in a more hostile stop involving a search. In this case I was sitting at the macdonalds in Centreville watching two deputies engage with a car they had pulled over on broad street road. It was clear nobody involved knew they were being watched, but after a search of the car the deputies found what was very obvious from my hilltop pearch to be a Crack pipe and assorted drug paraphernalia. It definitely made my lunch interesting as I watched. I wondered if this exchange might end up internet worthy but again the deputies seemed to be pretty calm and straightforward in talking to the driver of the car. I have no idea what was being said but it was clear something that could have been an intensely hostile interaction was instead being handled very professionally. It was honestly very heartening to see.”
