“Hands down the best customer service from an online retailer I've ever had. Jesse is awesome. I purchased a frost river bag from NRO because they had the best price. Right after I purchased I looked and the item said sold out. I sent an email concerned I had just purchased something that was sold out and had an email back very quickly assuring me of my purchase and letting me know when it will be sent out. THEN Jesse took the time to email again the day of the bag being shipped. And if that wasn't enough we discussed my interest in purchasing an axe and Jesse made sure I was in the right place for that. Bottom line.
