  Well quite simply, this is the best place to go in RVA for anything Fireplace or Outdoor cooking solutions. We visited them all and by far the sales and service at Acme were way better than the other stores. We needed to replace our Rear vented gas fire for a ventless gas fire, they had a fantastic selection at various price points. The sales department were knowledgable and pleasant and the service guys were prompt and efficient which is all you ever want from a business. No fuss, no excuses and professional service. Well Done Acme!!!

  We've had our fireplace insert for twenty years, and have recently had issues over the past few years. I talked with Gordan Dobyns at his store one day, and he knew right away what my issues were. He arranged for the repair and cleaning, and we are SO happy with the decision we made. Steve made the repairs and cleaned the entire fireplace, and it works like a champ. Steve educated me on cleaning techniques for the glass along with a suggestion for leaving the pilot light on during the off-season for various reasons that he explained. We were impressed!!

  Excellent service. We purchased a new fireplace insert to replace a 20+ year insert. The new insert was installed professionally. Installers were very detailed oriented. It was smaller than the old insert but provides better heat and appearance. I like the thermostat and flame controls. New unit uses less propane than the old while providing more heat to the house. Highly recommended.
