(July 7, 2021, 10:10 am)This is a review almost 3 months late, but it is well-deserved. Storm Electric LLC is most professional company that I've worked with that my home warranty company has referred me to. They actually reached out to me instead of me having to reach out to them to get an appointment setup and then accelerated the time table quickly when it was discovered that the panel issues we were having were dangerous for the house. An issue that was originally going to take at least a week or two to fix ended up getting down in 3 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants both good quality and good customer service.

When I contacted this company the receptionist was so nice on the phone. She ask if there was anything else she needed to inform the Technician of. They adjusted the meeting time to accommodate me. Ben that completed my work was very professional. He completed all assigned task and verify that in fact everything was taken care of. I was very impress by this company. I have a home warrant and from time to time in interact with electrical companies. None has compared to Storm Electric. I called my warranty company to let them know what a great job this company did. I recommend this company 100%. My family and I will definitely utilize storm moving forward. This technician is very knowledgeable.
