  Have been a resident in Marcella for years and have really enjoyed living out here. Very nice and quiet apartment complex environment. Office staff is always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

  Danny is a great employee here at Marcella… he is the best! He is so courteous and professional. He cares and helps in any way he can.

  Daniel is always very kind when he comes to help with maintenance issues, as well as when we see him around the complex. He helped fix my patio door handle and got it done quickly.
  He is very kind and always goes out of his way to wave or say hello to residents as we pass!

  Daniel is an awesome maintenance man!!!! He is basically who we consider our maintenance man. Anytime there is an issue or problem he shows up and fixes any problems we are having. Also he’s always kind and courteous when arriving and leaving. His famous line is “have a good day ma’am and if there’s anything else we can help you with please don’t hesitate to let us know!” Thanks Daniel for all your hard work!!!
