Dr. D and her program on boundaries changed my life. She provided me with the tools and ability to look at situations and decide for myself what is my responsibility and what is not. Since the program my quality of life has significantly improved and is getting better each day as I continue using the tools she taught. I can’t recommend her enough.

Doc D is an absolutely incredible provider. She is someone who will always tell you what you need to hear and not just what you want to hear. I was struggling with life events and she takes a with you approach rather than an at you which is exactly what I need. She is a provider that will always be there for you when she's needed. There's been numerous times where I was struggling and she could see it and was able to get me out of my own head. I highly recommend Doc D to anyway no matter who you are.

I have done therapy off and on for the better part of 15 years now, and the was Dr D was able to explain and paint the picture about boundaries for me today was unlike anything I've seen before. She was so clear & concise as well as compassionate. I am so excited to continue to grow with her!!
