I called about a small leak in my roof (we noticed some we cardboard boxes in our eves) The rep came out, spent an hour and a half looking over the roof, climbed on top, checked over everything and came back to me with his recommendations, "You had one (1) nail up. I hammered it down, added some caulk, checked over the rest of the roof, and did a couple of quick fixes. You should be all set. Call me in 5 years when you need a new roof." I was out of work at the time (covid). Talk about a weight off my shoulders. I am not looking forward to purchasing a new roof when necessary (no one looks forward to that). But I know exactly who I will call when I need one. The Roofing Company, through their outstanding customer service, has earned my business and my recommendation. Chris was very accommodating, when time to pay there was no charge. Apparently my father had purchased the tires here and they have some sort of life of the tire repair policy.
