He hired those that were willing and able to contribute. The administrator is top notch. She is experienced and empathetic. Her staff responds well to challenges and they make sure everyone is well cared for. Golden Years is neat, clean, looks and smells good, has many activities in house and available programs for those that desire to get out. I believe Golden Years is the best Assisted Living Facility in Hampton.”

“I scheduled my state inspection and 12000 mile service 3 weeks ago on my Genesis g70. When I showed up yesterday, my courtesy car was inside waiting for me. I signed the rental agreement, we exchanged keys, and I was out of there in 5 min. Three hours later I got a text that my car was ready. When I arrived, it was pretty hot outside, but my car was inside, cool and ready to go. It had been inspected, oil changed, cleaned inside and washed outside, and had a special window treatment. The car looked great. We exchanged keys and I was out of there. As usual, Sam Pedraza had everything ready and made it a pleasant experience for me.”
