“I've been working out at the Patrick Henry YMCA for going on two years now, and it has been an awesome experience. With help from DJ, Jake, Kenny, Lisa, and the other supportive and knowledgeable trainers, I've gotten a lot fitter and stronger, and I feel much better about myself. The fitness room is extremely well equipped, and the new rubber floors are a big improvement. I've also met a lot of great people who, like me, hit the gym as often as they can. I think that the YMCA is an invaluable community service, especially for stressed-out college students.”
